DESCRIPTION:  \nHallet Oak Gallery 2024 Artists’ Fall Art Exhibit \n16 Artists’ Traditional & Contemporary Perspectives  \nOn View September 14\, 2024–December 14\, 2024 \nHours of Operation:  Thursday\, Friday\, and Saturday 12:00—3:00 PM \n  \nJoin us for the Open House Opening Reception on Saturday\, September 14\, 2024\, 12:00 – 3 PM \nLight refreshments will be served to meet the artists: \n  \nPaintings: \nMoses Adams\, mixed-media; Dianne Appelt\, oil; Dolores Byars\, watercolor; Larry Charles\, watercolor; Mary Gullette\, mixed-media; Debbie Halling\, oil; Phyllis Rivera\, oil; Lois Weiss\, oil; Michael Windberg\, oil; Paige Woodring\, mixed-media. \nPhotography:  \nMieko Mahi\, industrial; Ken Kopacki\, fine art; Steven Pituch\, fine art \n3 Dimensional: \nLinda Cejka\, jewelry; Julie Marsh\, glass sculpture;  James Phillips\, wood sculpture. \n  \nThis show is curated by artist\, Lois Weiss. The artworks hang according to color\, size\, and sometimes subject. Lois Weiss\, explains\, “The south wall reflects loose symmetry in size and tone. And the north wall exhibits similar electric hues and depict disparate subjects and ideas. The collage of color carrying the eye from one artwork to the next. The art is for sale and for viewing at this opening in the historic 1890 Kahn & Stanzel Building designed by famed architect James Riely Gordon\, who built 50 courthouses  Enjoy the views of the 1897 Lavaca County Courthouse built by Eugene T.
