DESCRIPTION:Michael Windberg Art Demonstration — Downtown Happening! \nCome & Go at Hallet Oak Gallery \nSaturday\, August 1\, 2020 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. \n  \nSee Michael Windberg paint while you shop for art supplies on Saturday\, August 1\, from 11 AM to 3 PM at Hallet Oak Gallery.  Glass palettes\, Windberg boxes\, brushes\, paints\, glazes\, canvases\, and easels will be available to purchase for one day only. \nThe Hallet Oak Gallery will also be offering for sale original paintings by Michael Windberg\, renowned artist. Continuing in the tradition of his father\, Dalhart Windberg\, artist of Texas\, Michael has made his mark as a serious painter of Texas landscapes and historical subjects. “While I enjoy historical images\,” Michael says\, “landscapes will always be my first love.” \nAlso available on Saturday will be an outdoor architecture scavenger hunt for those that would enjoy walking around the downtown square. Prizes will be awarded on completion of the Gallery’s scavenger hunts. Open to all ages. \nThe Hallet Oak Gallery is located in the historic Kahn and Stanzel Building designed by renowned architect James Riely Gordon.  Free tours and visits will be available.  Pandemic rules apply.
