DESCRIPTION:There will be a one-time open meeting set for Monday\, January 15\, to discuss the Hallet Photo Club from 7 PM to 9 PM at Hallet Oak Gallery located on the Hallettsville downtown courthouse square. The group leader\, Tim Sadler suggests\, “It’s a new year and its time to gather to discuss which day of the week fits our group best to meet. We are an informal group of local photographers from beginners to serious amateurs and even professionals \nIn 2018 we plan to get out our camera gear and photograph in a walking tour setting. We will share our discoveries from our equipment to places we have been. This is a good time to come check out our group and let us know what fits your schedule.” \n  \nThe meeting will be held free and open to the public at Hallet Oak Gallery in the famed historic Kahn & Stanzel Bldg.\, 115 N. DESCRIPTION:Hallet Photo Club –\n \nFirst Meeting of the Year is  2nd Thursday \nFebruary 9\, 7 PM to 9 PM \nBring Camera and Manual For HELP from Club – Open to Public \nThe first meeting of 2017 for the Hallet Photo Club will be held in February at the Hallet Oak Gallery on the downtown square. The date will be the second Thursday of February\, Feb. 9 at 7 PM until 9 PM. Group leader\, Tim Sadler will show and tell the test results from using long tele-photo lens (150-600mm). Bring your photo gear and the group can talk about the different cameras and how to use them. The meetings will continue every second Thursday of the month\, open to the public\, for more information call 361-217-7030.Don’t forget to bring your camera and bring samples of your work for show and tell.
