DESCRIPTION:  \nWestern Art Show   \nOpening reception \nHallet Oak Gallery \nMarch 20\, 2023 \n4:00 -7:00 PM \n  \nHallet Oak Gallery and Peoples State Bank are pleased to invite you to The Western Art Show 2023 Student Exhibit. Featuring artwork by Hallettsville High School and Moulton Elementary ISD students\, it runs through April 22. Hallet Oak Gallery holds this exhibit annually as an opportunity for the local community to view work from the Houston Livestock Student Art Show. The Gallery thanks teachers Staci Powers from Hallettsville High School and Lisa Zidek of Moulton Elementary ISD for sharing their students’ work. \n  \nPeoples State Bank is sponsoring the show and awarding certificates and prizes for best artwork. Local art teacher Michael Windberg and representatives of Peoples State Bank are judging the work. \n  \nSchedule for Monday\, March 20 \n\nOpening reception inside with refreshments:  4 – 7 PM\nStudent recognition awards:  5 – 5: 30  PM\n\n  \nAlong with the Student Art Show\, the Gallery is holding its annual First Day of Spring Celebration. Folks of all ages may stop by and join in the fun. \nOutdoors: \nMusic playing \nChalk art with teacher Georgia Pohl. \nDocile pets welcome– on leash \nIndoors: \nBee House Tunnel –young children \nDoor prizes – while supplies last \n  \nThe Hallet Oak Gallery is open Thursday\, Friday\, and Saturday 11 AM – 3 PM.
