Outdoor photojournalist Larry Bozka is the featured artist for the Hallet Oak Gallery’s Spotlight on the Arts for the month of August. Bozka, a fifth generation Texan, is best known for his work as an outdoor writer and photographer for Texas Parks and Wildlife magazine and Texas Sporting Journal. With more than 130 state and national awards to his credit, Bozka specializes in covering the Texas Coast and writes a blog, Coastal Anglers.com. Bozka also will present “Lavaca County Legacy – Reflections of the Bohemian Homeland”- a photographic perspective at the Gallery’s Lunch and Learn series on August 13^th.
