Join Hallet Oak Foundation’s Friends of Hallettsville’s Adopt-A-Highway, downtown Hallettsville.

We meet at Hallet Oak Gallery, 115 N. Main St., Hallettsville, TX 77964, at 8:00 am to wait for teams to arrive, we leave promptly at 8:30 am to designated sites. For this event, since we will have children participating we will pick up trash at the City of Hallettsville Basket Ball Court and work for 15 minutes from 9:00 am to 9:00 am.

This experience will show how clean our city is as trash is hard to find. And to show how fast an area can be clean-up working with volunteers – it’s only 15 minutes!

We will hand out vests, gloves and trashbags, and we’ll have water and a safety kit and will provide a safety-briefing. All Adopt A Highway groups are invited, all non-profits, and any individual may join us. Children under 17 years of age must be with an adult for supervision.

This is part of the Friends of Hallettsville Downtown Revitalization non-profit which is part of Hallet Oak Foundation Inc mission – to improve environment through art and culture.
