Hallet Oak Foundation Inc. is a Non-Profit 501 (c) 3 Organization Mission Our mission is to provide a vibrant center in downtown Hallettsville for people to explore and enjoy an art, performance, and learning center. As a non-profit foundation, we’re divided into two parts: the Hallet Oak Gallery and Friends of Hallettsville Downtown Revitalization.
