Located at the Hallet Oak Gallery Downtown Hallettsville Courthouse Square

The Hallet Oak Gallery is extending an invitation for the public to RSVP to the Hallet Oak Gallery Fundraising Gala that will help continue the type of programs being offered since 2015. Ongoing events are: “Spotlight on the Arts” receptions, “2nd Monday Night Music at the HOG”, “and Hallet Oak Gallery Lunch and Learns”. Annual special events include the Art in Architecture contest, Juneteenth Celebration, Halloween Pumpkin Contest, and Christkindlmarkt.

The 2018 Hallet Oak Gallery Fundraiser Gala is set for Saturday, January 6, 2018. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and continues through the evening until 9:30 p.m. Experience a casual, yet beautiful dinner, dancing, and silent auction in the historic Kahn & Stanzel building. Chris Rybak will be performing accordion cowboy music. $25 per couple; $15 per individual. The dress code is Cowboy Chic for this event. RSVP: 361-217-7030. Hallet Oak Foundation is a 501 ( c ) 3 non-profit organization which is the parent company to Hallet Oak Gallery and Friends of Hallettsville Downtown Revitalization.

Founders, Mieko Mahi, Alice Vickers, and Claire Scoggin explain, “We are inspiring and exercising minds! We are seeing more happenings in downtown Hallettsville and our goal is to continue offering more exposure to art and culture within our community, as well, as preserving the history of Hallettsville.
