On October 6, 2015, the first Tuesday of the month, please join the Friends of Hallettsville Downtown Revitalization (FHDR) for a casual meet and greet on the square at the Hallet Oak Gallery, K & S Building, 115 N. Main Street. Doors will open at 4:30 p.m. We will serve tea and pastries, and there will be brief introductions of city and county officials. The meeting will end promptly at six o’clock p.m.

The organization wants to explore ways to energize the community and revitalize downtown Hallettsville. How do you think Hallettsville could be improved? Bring your ideas for beautification, activities, new businesses or other projects that would contribute to this goal. We’ll meet the first Tuesday of each month to develop ideas, set goals, and present a plan by March of 2016.
