Take a step back in time and plan your next meeting for Hallettsville!

With roots in German and Czech culture going back to the 1870’s, local caterers excel at sausage and sauerkraut or the best barbecue, beef stew, or chicken fried steak in the state. (They also can provide ham and cheese croissants, pizza or whatever your more cosmopolitan clients prefer) While in Halletsville your clients can visit local wineries or finish up the day at one of several colorful area dance halls. Everyone is friendly, and you may rub shoulders with a real farmer or cowboy. Come on over to Hallettsville for a laid back, unique event!
